Luca Puzzi graduated at the faculty of Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Trieste, with a thesis in Biochemistry.
Then he moved to GlaxoSmithKline in Verona as a young researcher in the analytical department dealing with mass spectrometry- based active molecules reconstruction.
Later, he moved to Pisa where he got his PhD in Molecular Biology at the “Scuola Normale Superiore” analyzing supramolecular protein complexes regulating eukaryotic DNA replication process.
Thereafter he did a postdoc at the Engineering Department of the University of Trieste in an international project, combining his biological skills with the Atomic Force Microscopy biophysical approach, to study biological and mechanical alterations in cardiovascular diseases.
He joined Ulisse BioMed as R&D Laboratory Supervisor in September 2017.
